This cache locations provides panoramic views both on the approach North from North Goatfell or South from Cioch na h-Oighe, The Bastion. The latter route requires some basic mountain scrambling skills and a head for heights. Both routes require competency in navigating Scotland's mountains and the sudden change in visibility and weather that the seasons provide. The terrain and difficulty rating are an accurate representation of what you may encounter. The cache itself sits back from the corrie headwall. Please ensure you are appropriately equipped for a day out on Scottish Mountains when attempting this cache.
