Geocache Description:

This is a series based on the ancient Irish townland system and while the places chosen may seem a little random, they all mean something to me.

A 10cm cannister with log but BYOP. Please return exactly where found.

The Townland of Drumman More is in the Parish of Grange in the Barony of Oneilland West in The County Of Armagh.
The name probably comes from the Gaelic name 'Dromann mor' which means 'Big Ridge'.
It measures 403.59 acres making it the 211th largest townland in County Armagh.
It is bordered by Annaclare, Drumman Beg, Killuney, Kilmachugh, Mullynure, Salters Grange and Tullyard.

Drumman More has been chosen because I spent seventeen years as a member of Armagh Elim Church. I taught at the Sunday School, led the Transform youth fellowship, sang on the praise team, acted in the drama team, cut the grass, hoovered the carpets and was a deacon for a while and even a puppeteer! It was also where I met my wonderful wife and where I married her on the 9th of June 2006. So many happy and blessed times until we moved to Portadown Elim in 2012.
