This is the second official geocache for Rutland, MA Cub Scout Pack 306 - a brother to the nearby cache GC5ZEBT. Rutland Heights is the site of our annual rocket launch event (on the hill near the flagpole that you will see in the video above.)
The boys of 306 are excited to see who visits their cache and what adventures they have. The cache is a weatherproof container about the size of a first aid kit. Contains a First-to-Find trackable coin and a variety of swag.
Log your finds on geocaching.com, include some pictures, and let our boys know how much fun you've had! This is also a great CITO opportunity (leave no trace!)
About Pack 306
The Cub Scouts in Pack 306 are active in the Rutland community, and dedicated to the personal, environmental, and community growth that the Scouting program has always embodied. The boys in 306 are excited to see who visits our cache, and what adventures they share with us through the fun of geocaching!
About Scouting
The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes — and, through over a century of experience, knows — that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.
Congrats to MtnProf on FTF!
