Bored Room Window Traditional Cache

This is not a park-n-grab but it is just outside the meeting room of a local agency.  If you're on a county run or a numbers run, this one may slow you down.  I recommend the Shadow of the Falcon TB Hotel instead.

The meeting room/lunch room at my office used to look out on Victory Inn.  However, that has been torn down and all we have to entertain us during boring meetings or lunch is new drivers failing the maneuverability course.  You're most likely to have an audience around lunchtime on weekdays, first thing Monday mornings, or every third Friday of the month at 8:00 AM.

This cache is NOT: a fake utility box, conduit, or line, a fake rock, a real rock, or a fake piece of litter.
