Welcome to the Village of Greenfield.  The whole thing is barely 1 km.  Take in the history while you're here (it's all around you!).  At the posted coordinates is a historic sign describing the Goldie family and the founding of the Village of Greenfield.

To get the final coordinates for this cache is a simple redirect using some of the information on the historic sign:

Determine John Goldie's age at his death and subtract 33. Add the result to the posted north coordinate.

Locate the year that the Goldies opened a larger mill to refine local wheat for international markets. Using only the last 2 digits of that year, multiply by 5 and then add 30. Subtract the result from the posted west coordinate.
