The listed coordinates bring you to a neat little spot located in a neighborhood of University Place, WA. In some spots along the drive to this cache, you can catch stunning views of Commencement Bay. Other places, you will see beautiful houses--some even for sale if you’ve got a million bucks to spare... My family and I sought to make this cache a little different, and we hope you enjoy it. Please be gentle when opening the cache. Cache has room to trade small items, including books. Bring your own pen. There is room for about 2-3 cars to park right at the cache location. Placed with owner’s permission. Since it is a cache located in a neighborhood, please be respectful of the surrounding houses, and only seek this cache during the hours of 9am-8pm. There is NO need to leave the gravel parking lot/sidewalk area. There is also NO need to disturb the retaining wall blocks or bushes. This a "hidden in plain sight" type of cache.
