Johny didn't like doing maintenence on Death Row. It was always so depressing. He was never allowed to talk to any of the prisoners, but he did manage to answer their questions to nodding and shaking his head.
He was also never allowd to look at them, but many times he could catch a glimpse through the bars from an angle.
It was an odd fastination, but it gave him satisfaction, as I think you will have when you find the coords.
