Horse Series #5 - Mustang Traditional Cache

The fifth in our Horse Series -- this should be an easy park and grab. This series was inspired by AZDave whose caches we have enjoyed finding! Only a step from the street -- please respect the neighbors' properties.  You'll need a TOTT.
