So, what's to be said about LPCs? I mean, true … numbers are numbers. Sure, a few light pole caches here and there do hit the spot for that quick caching fix. They satisfy the periodic park-and-grab craving. This would suggest that they’re not completely horrible.
As for all you LPC haters out there … this listing must begin with full discloser: This cache is located under a light pole. If you don’t like looking under a light pole for caches, this one is likely not up your alley.
Yet, this is not quite your typical LPC. If you take a peek at the finer points of the cache listing, you’ll notice there is certainly more to this hide than meets the eye.
Please understand that there is no need to disassemble, damage, mangle, poke, destroy, etc. … anything to find this cache. If you find yourself wanting to pull out tools (with the exception of a flashlight) you are not looking in the right place.
This cache was inspired by a similar arrangement, 170 miles to the northwest as the crow flies, created in an effort to counter those ever present “LPC blues.”
FTF will receive a pompous sense of self-confidence.
