Geocache Description:

You'll find this one of the edge of the Center.

When you find the one called Center be advised the cache is nowhere near the center.  The Center has its share of long time residents as well as recent additions.  A nice place to rest near Harleton.  You can drive through but that isn't really necessary since the cache is on the perimeter.  That doesn't exactly sound right since the name center implies circumference as oppposed to perimeter.  But there it is.  Enjoy the caching.
