The Little Blue/Fairy Penguin is the smallest species of penguin. It is approximately 43cm tall and eighs about 1.5kg. There are about 500,000 breeding pairs in the world and they live in Southern Australia and New Zealand.
You can walk along the main trail between each cache. Once you find the cache, write down the clue numbers located inside the top of the cache, or on top of the log sheet. You will need these numbers to figure out the final coordinates for the King Penguin mystery cache. Cache is a small preform holding a log and pencil only.
The forest itself has signs of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, cooyote,, various other small birds and animals. There is a "No Hunting" sign at the gate but please use caution just in case.
