A good spot to take a walk, grab a drink and enjoy the view.
As my husband and I enjoyed a day trip from PA to MD, I pointed out different locations along the way of places I have hiked with friends, ridden my horse on various mountain trails and of course all the places I had found caches. On our way back to PA, we stopped at this rest stop so he could stretch and I could add a cache so my caching friends would have a great reason to stop and enjoy the view of the Blue Mountains to the north where the Appalachian trail runs along the ridge and the 140 mile Horse Shoe Trail ends.
