
York Road Facts:
York Road is a football stadium in Maindenhead and is the home ground of Maidenhead United and Hayes and Yeading &Yeading United. It is acknowledged by the FA and to be the oldest continuously-used senior association football ground in the world by the same club, having been home to the club since 1871.
York Road is a railway depot in Belfast, Northern Ireland and originally one of the city's main stations, it has been replaced by Yorkgate Station.
York Road is a disused station on the London Underground, located between King's Cross and Caledonian Road, with its entrance at the corner of York Road (now York Way) and Bingfield Street. A weekly market was held on York Street in Southend but demolition of the historic market began on 23 April 2010 and the site became a car park. A temporary market was held there every Friday until 2012 after the closure of the former Southend market at the rear of the Odeon.
