Geocache Description:

All Aboard the Hermann Park Train! Kinder Station is a favorite spot for kids and adults to hang out while waiting to ride the train. There is a monument nearby that most people sit on and don't even know it. Its not a bench or chair but a three tiered circular concrete monument that commemorates the 200th anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution of the United States 1788-1988.
