In 1918 a U.S. Army unit went into battle wearing shoulder patches to identify themselves, they are now ubiquitous in militaries around the world. A patch on the left shoulder shows the unit a soldier is assigned to. A patch worn on the right sleeve identifies a soldier as having served in a combat zone and the unit they were attached to at the time.
By finding the units who's shoulder patches are below you will find the location of this geocache.
