Geocache Description:

Join us in the Beautiful Okanagan Valley for the BC Geocaching Association Annual General Meeting

DATE: Saturday, June 4th
TIME: Registration begins at 5pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 5:30pm and should last about an hour
LOCATION: Fintry Provincial Park– Group Campsite Pod 2. An onsite map can be found here.

~ Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members are permitted to vote.
~ Memberships forms will be available or apply now here.
~ The agenda will be available to members in the formal Notice of Meeting but will include the results of the electronic voting for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.
