This is a quick stop and grab. Family friendly. In an area where there are only a few caches. Not accessible in the winter if there is more than a foot of snow on the ground.
Take a scenic drive or bike ride along Foothill Road. This drive is shaded and beautiful. The scenary gorgeous. You may run into multiple deer and turkeys and if you are lucky our herd of elk that migrates the area is out in the early mornigs along with several curious black bears. There are many hiking trails nearby that are cross country ski trails in the winter. This cache is located in a beautiful spot that many who drive this way stop and photograph. Just above the mountain peaks from this vantage point you can often see a rainbow as we often have rain and shine at the same time. The snow covered mountains are breathtaking as well. Your can park in the owners second driveway as I am the owner of the cache, don't be surprised if I peek out the window and watch as you enjoy the beauty and hopefully the cache. This is my first hide, and I included a FTF trackable coin for the lucky individual and a travel bug that I would like to see go a ways away. Cache is a medium sized ammo container with lots of fun swag for adults and kids alike. Enjoy!
