Can be accessed year round, however, November 30 - April 1 only by bicycle or walking.
This area has several opportunities nearby. Frisbee golf, archery targets, restrooms, playground all a short distance away. Also, there area number of caches clustered in this park. Many things to do here include walking/bicycle trail, disc golf, playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, and oh yah... other caches.
Congrats to Merc Inc. on a got lucky FTF (more than 12 hrs after published). This was published rather late on a cold, yucky day. Still surprised no one made a serious effort at FTF.
