Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a combined effort by Richmond and Hampton Roads geocachers to place geocaches along the Virginia Capitol Trail.

The Geology Dept was out evaluating the geologic condition of the trail and guess what we found! A fake rock at the bottom of this telephone pole!!!

An excerpt from the VCT Geology Dept's Guide to Rock Management, Chapter 7 Hollow Fake Rocks, Section 3.a, Geocaches:
"Unlike other secretly hidden items in hollow fake rocks discussed earlier in the chapter (dragon embryos, rings of sorcery, etc), hollow fake rocks containing geocaches are much easier to manage.  To retrieve a cache from the rock, the Geologic Dept has determined that ancient enchanted swords, molten lava from the roots of a monolithic mountain, nor incantations are needed!  Simply pull off the plastic covering  the bottom of the rock."
