After an intense day of caching and achieving my 4,000 milestone, I stopped in here to visit the area and hide this cache.
THis is one of the prettiest little places in all of Cape Breton, especially in the fall. Be sure to climb the hill across the road from the cache and look at the church from "front on". The view is Divine indeed. The early Presbyterian Scots who settled this area; established a church in this location in 1828 in Strathlorne. Though the cache is in the "new cemetery" you'll quickly get a sense of history while walking the historic cemetery.
