Geocache Description:

This area is part of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and this cache has been placed with the permission of NYS DEC and the Wilson Hill Wildlife Management Area.

This is a great spot to view the St. Lawrence River and see a Canadian Goose, ducks, mallards, a swallow, a tern or even a bald eagle!

Take your time to soak in the view and grab a cache that shouldn't take much time.

BYOP. Please place cache back exactly as you found it and do not put anything in the container that is too heavy and will affect placing it back where you found it. Use good stewardship principles as requested by NYS DEC which includes avoiding creating footpaths that create erosion as well as check clothing and footwear for clinging seeds and plant materials to prevent the spread of invasive species. Respect other uses of this area and do not disturb wildlife. Carry trash out and help pick up any left by previous, less respectful users. Wildlife Managment Areas are first and foremost for fish and wildlife. Enjoy the area.
