This pedestrian bridge is somewhat controversial - it doesn't get many pedestrians! Local legend has it that this bridge was created to serve the needs of just one person - an elderly woman who walked to mass every day and who would no longer be able to do so when the motorway was built.
The other bone of contention is the look of the bridge. It makes a bold statement which not everyone agrees with.
There is no access to the cache from the motorway - use the nearby exit 18. A waypoint is provided for parking on a quiet road on the other side of the bridge. (The R639 is nearer but does not have convenient parking).
The cache is a small camouflaged tupperware box.
