Enjoy finding this OLD cache! According to this note from the original cache owners mike&jan: "We originally called it Slinky Home because a group of TB's started out there and all were attached to little slinky toys. There was Slinky Sam, Slinky Sue, Slinky Lady and others."
Enjoy the nice walk in the woods, but don't forget the insect repellent. The kids will enjoy this one. You are looking for an ammo can. The heavy tree cover in the area might make it hard to find, if your GPSr can't get a good fix. Take something, leave something, but after you have signed the log, make sure you close the ammo can tightly & hide as you found it. Let me know if you find that the cache needs maintenance. Due to the the fact that the area gets wet from time to time, please put everything in sealed bags. These woods are home to wildlife & snakes, so DO NOT reach into holes, under logs or into roots without checking the places out first. Also this cache can be found without destroying the plant life.
