Geocache Description:

MidnightsRaiders adopted the Border Patrol series of caches.  The one that was in this area was in a very marshy area so they removed it and replaced it with a new hide. Cache IS wheelchair accessible.

Edit: MidnightsRaiders had this set as a difficulty 1. It's harder than that especially for new cachers and with a covering rather than being absolutely in plain sight. But I/Beth am not changing the difficulty.
