Ok, so basically this thing is on top of a little plateau, which you can access by way of a wash. You can hike down from another area into the wash, walk along it and then up onto this plateau and find it, or you can be lazy and walk down from the edge of the nearest hill. Use your GPS wisely. There's a house nearby, don't worry about them peeps. They cool. Also, please note that the cache is part of a turret. Hence the name TURRET. There's a rock on the side that you like fold backwards and you stick your hand in the bottom of the turret, and whatnot.
