Hong Kong Scouts has been divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manage several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters of the Shap Pat Heung District, which is under the New Territories Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
The Shap Pat Heung District established in 1968. Nowadays, there are 23 Scout Groups within the district.

The Shap Pat Heung District Scout Headquarters was is a 3-storeys building located in Au Tau, Yuen Long. It is the activity venue for Scout groups and members within the District
District Badge
This district badge of the Shap Pat Heung District is a rectangular badge with a just a Scout logo and the Chinese wording of Shap Pat Heung (十八鄉). Simple but beautiful.
