This is a virtual cache at a spot with a beautiful view. You must email me the answer to a question to log this cache.
At the coordinates you will find an ornate bronze disk with a symetrical pattern of relief and 4 large letters around its circumference. The disk is on a pedistal so that it sits about 20 inches from the ground. It is a work of art and is also informative. For instance, you will find out that the Yaquina Head Lighthouse is 4 miles from this spot on a bearing of 341 degrees.
In order to verify your visit, you need to send me the following information by clicking on my name and emailing me:
- What happens, 1/2 mile away at the bearing of 160 degrees? (one 4-letter word starts with an "h")
- How often?
- How many seconds?
