This geocache is hidden on the edge of the village en route to a location known as Judy's Hole. This was a former clay pit which was dug to provide clay to shore up the walls of the Lodes. Judy's Hole was named after local woman Judy Finch, who lived in the village and was believed to be a witch. According to local folklore, she lived in the pit and may have drowned there.
This is a pleasant walk, turning from North Street into Dyson's Drove, and then turning right at the bridge walking along with the river (strictly Burwell Catch Water Drain) on your right.
The geocache is hidden in a little area to the left a few metres down this route (opposite a split foot bridge across the river).
