Geocache Description:

A nice section of the Maricopa Trail. Have fun and enjoy !!

This cache is on State Trust Land. A recreational permit is required to access the Maricopa Trail in the area. The permit may be found at their website www.land.az.gov . No motorized vehicles of any type are allowed on the Maricopa Trail. Also, Your State Trust Land Permit allows you acces to State Trust Land. The individual Municipalities or local governments may have more restrictive rules regarding land in their jurisdictions. This area is in the City of Phoenix. The City of Phoenix does not allows motorized vehicles on any "non-dust free surface". This means you cant drive a motor vehicle off road in the City. The fines are very steep !!!! It is a good thing to for us all to be able to Geocache on State Land again. Please do not violate these rules.
