Geocache Description:

This is #2 in a series of "regular" size container caches that are kid-friendly.

Enough room for a lot of swag or TB's, and although not a Park & Grab this should not be too much for kids' endurance and attention span.

***This is a kid-friendly cache, but like any outdoor activity in Minnesota one needs to watch out for poison ivy, ticks, mosquitoes and thorny plants. Long pants are a great idea.***

This cache is located near the Mills Town Trail, a bicycling/walking trail that is in varying stages of completion, between Mankato and Red Wing.  The container is 'regular', and by that, it's pretty big, plenty of room for kid friendly swag and Travel Bugs.

More specifically, this cache is placed near a rest area (just a picnic table and some shade) that has a boulder with a plaque in memorial to Deputy John Liebenstein, Badge #115, Rice County Sheriff's Department, tragically killed in the line of duty on May 3, 1996.

This little picnic area is a great place to relax and reflect..

Happy caching!
