They are Listening Traditional Cache

This cache is located just down the road from a very mysterious government facility. The cache is a nano that likes it's privacy so please respect that and put it back as found. You need to be as stealth as possible and make sure you have a pen and tweezers.  Please note that all my caches are D3 or higher so profanity and a few more grey hairs are common among searching cachers.
