Here is the plan:
1) Get your best vacation theme costumes luggage and other parifinalia!
Bring luggage to stand with
Wear a Hawaiian shirt
Wear your best bathrobe!
2) Check in is going to hetic!
Everyone will line up like checking in with luggage
Program:
12:45 PM Jump from your cars, with luggage and head the the Hotel Mathews monument.
1:00 PM Create the longest check in line the Hotel Mathews has seen in a while
1:05 PM Sign the log (if you want) and trade/discover travel bugs and coins!
1:13 PM Group photo (don't worry if your in Witness Protection or your hair is really horrible you can skip) with Costumes and luggage.
1:15 PM Start socializing
1:30 PM The event is over and we suddenly disappear.
Event Notes:
* There will be a basket for Travel Bug exchange.
* Plenty of nearby parking. Not a near as previous events, but plenty.
* If it rains - bring an umbrella
*There is a well known pizza joint nearby. I haven't made any reservaions, cause they don't take em. Also they only take cash.
* The location in on the corner of Main/Howard and Perkins/Interbelt. No actual address.
