Welcome to the second of the series of "High Life" caches. In keeping with the theme of the first cache, this cache is not for the vertically challenged. The cache is hidden in plain sight. The difficulty is to retrieve it, and then replace it where you found it. You will definitely need a tool to help snag this container.
Please note that Visual viewing of this cache is NOT a found log. You must actually SIGN the LOG SHEET and successfully REPLACE IT in its ORIGINAL POSITION to claim a FIND. So plan your stategy accordingly.
