This is a "GADGET" cache.
A gadget cache requires you to do something at GZ to access the cache.
It is a small Lock-n-Lock inside a locked compartment of a "church" birdhouse.
You will need a special tool (provided) and it will be revealed when you unlock the first compartment.

PERMISSION FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS BEEN OBTAINED
Finding the cache will be easy. Once at Ground Zero you will see a birdhouse with two locked compartments - a "tool" compartment and a "cache" compartment. You will need to open the "tool" compartment using the 3 digit combination provided in the hint. This will allow you access to the special tool you will need to get the 4 digit combination to the "cache" compartment which holds the coveted log book. Please be careful when opening both compartments. Do not let them drop open. The log sheet MUST BE SIGNED to claim this cache.
Once you have unlocked the tool compartment, remove the tool. Using the directions below, decipher the 4 digit lock combination for the cache compartment, pull hard on the lock, and open to access the cache containers. There are two containers in the cache compartment. One will hold small swag items to add or trade and one holds the log book and any available trackables and/or personal trade items. There is a Team Doxie trade set and a "George" for the FTF.
After signing the log, replace everything as you found it, making sure that the special tool has been cleared so that no remnants of the combo remain, that the tool is properly stored, that the locks are locked and that the cache compartment combination is scrambled.

When using the special tool, you must start near the lower left corner with the marks on the Left and Right knobs at the 12:00 position.
R = Right, L = Left, CW = Clockwise, CCW = Counter-clockwise, 1 = 1 full turn, fractions are that portion of a full turn.
