Jabba is the leader of Tatooine. He is a cruel leader, demanding money, "personal slaves", and respect. He lives in a palace and has a big sail barge. If he doesn't like someone he throws them into the sarlac pit, so they can eaten alive. The cache is an ammo can close to a rock resembling Jabba.
