Start from posted coordinates which are at the northern end of the Spooners range tunnel. A bearing of 228 degrees and a fair old distance of 690 metres will see you at the middle of this wonderful old tunnel. Lots of soot on the walls and even a few cave wetas lurking in here as well. Now we have a nicely made cycle trail through. No more knee deep water. You will need warm clothing as it does get very cold. Also a torch and a pen as their isn't one in the cache.
