La Masia de Torreblanca: Masia tradicional de notables dimensions, molt modificada. S’origina en l’antic Mas de Pla documentat al segle XV, i fou posteriorment la Torre de Boixadors. El seu nom actual sembla una contraposició amb el de la Torre Negra. L’edifici és l’única construcció que es conserva d’un complex més extens, i fou construït probablement al segle XVII. A principis de segle XX s’hi realitzaren reformes, entre les quals la tribuna vidrada i la decoració de la sala principal, amb imitació del sostre enteixinat del desaparegut arxiu del monestir. Els Coll, els propietaris, vengueren la finca al bisbat i als jesuïtes. Els últims masovers l’abandonaren el 1946.Ha estat rehabilitada al 2006. Actualment es un centre cultural.
La Masia de Torreblanca es una masia de notables dimensiones que ha sufrido muchas modificaciones a lo largo del tiempo. Sus orígenes son en la antigua Mas de Pla (siglo XV) que luego fue la Torre de Boixadors. Su nombre actual parece ser una contraposición con la Torre Negra. El edificio es el único que se conserva de un complejo más extenso, y probablemente fue construído en el Siglo XVII. A principios del siglo XX se realizan unas reformas, entre las cuales la vidrera y la decoración de la sala principal en imitación del techo del antiguo archivo del monesterio. La familia Coll, los propietarios, vendieron la finca a la Iglesia. Los últimos labradores la abandonaron en 1946. Actualmente es un centro cultural.
English: Large farmhouse which has been modified substantially since first constructions. First documented building is Mas de Pla (XV century), later called the Torre de Boixadors. The current name of Torreblanca (white house) seems to mark contrast with the Torrenegre (black house). The building is the only part of a larger set of buildings, and was probably constructed in XVII century. In the beginning of the XX century, extensive reforms were carried out, including the glassed in veranda and the main hall decoration which imitated the style of the former Monestery archive. The Coll family, the owners of the property, sold it to the church. The last of the farmers left it in 1946 and it housed the workers who build the Centre Borja nearby. It was reformed in 2006. It is currently used by the Sant Cugat town hall for community activities, with special focus on young people's activities.
