Not near the railroad tracks. You're about 40 feet up. The tracks are in a ravine. Getting to the tracks is blocked by a tall chain link fence. The cache isn't down there anyway.
The Log
Initials on the log are fine. No date needed. If you're caching as part of a team just the team name (or initials) is okay, but when you log the cache if each team member would mention the team name in their log entry. Or if at least one log would mention all the team members that's okay too. Yes, it's a nano type log.
May be a little busy here on Sundays. But I placed the cache on a Sunday and it wasn't a problem.
