I placed this container about four years ago and promptly forgot about it. Yesterday as I was driving by it all came back so I stopped to checked it out. Thinking it would probably be missing or at the very least the log sheet would be nothing but mush.
Surprisingly it was in great shape and the log completely dry. That means four years of rain, snow, sleet, wind and muggles. I have found if you take an extra second to be sure the lid is completely sealed and nobody sees you these will last for a long time.
