Geocache Description:

[En] The "Champ de Mars" (Field of Mars), created around 1765 next to the Military School, is one of the largest garden in the capital with its 24.5 hectares. It's a vast public garden frequented by parisians, tourists and joggers in the morning.
It combines the "french garden" style with a large central alley planted of plane trees and an "english garden" with more winding alleys and many crannies on the sides.

Since 1790 it became the place of many festivals, performances and activities, especially to watch the fireworks on July 14 (national day).
Several great concerts marked the place: Jean-Michel Jarre in 1995 (1.5 million spectators), Johnny Hallyday in 2000 (600 000 people), the Concert of brotherhood in 2007 (600 000) Johnny again in 2009 (1 million spectators) and the Euro2016 Fan-Zone...

Finally this is the place where the caches density is the largest in Paris. but Arnokovic has left a small place, which is no longer available now ... :-)
