I have a permit from the City of Anacortes for this cache. When caching in the ACFL you must stay on the trails at all times. The forest canopy is heavy so I visited the cache sites 3 times and averaged the coordinates but they still can be jumpy. I have given good clues. Since the caches are right beside the trail please be sure they are covered. To complete the series I walked the shortest route I could find for the seven caches and covered 4.8 miles.
