A long time cacher had placed a cache in this area back in the spring if 2006.
I found it back in 2008 when I started caching and, as a mater of fact, it
was my very first find. Maricky move to the lower mainland a few years ago
and I agreed to look after his caches here on the island. He contacted me a
little while ago and said that he would like to archive the caches so that I
wouldn't have to keep maintaining them and to make room for other local
cachers a chance to put out some new caches for us locals to find again.
If you were wondering, the original cache number was GCTWR7. You can
do a search for it and take a look at the description and logs.
Very straight forward cache hidden about 15 meters off a popular dog
walking trail. Less that a 5 minute walk from parking.
Hidden is a medium size Lock n Lock container (the original from the
Benson View cache) There is room for tradables and trackables.
Please re-hide the container as you found it to keep it out of
sight of muggles that frequent the area.
