The cache is not at the co-ordinates listed, however, the information required to decode the co-ordinates can be found here. Make sure that you use the panel that faces TOWARDS the car park. Clue: if the Post Office is not listed, you are looking on the WRONG side.
The final cache is within easy walking distance and there is plenty of parking at this location!

In the first week, we went to Richmond Sorting Office and picked up a parcel which we delivered to the Old Town Hall. We posted a letter at the Post Office and then went for a swim at the Pools on the Park. We visited Richmond Lending Library which we enjoyed so much we went twice, then we went back to the Post Office after which we had to pay a visit to the Richmond Green Medical Centre.
On the second week, we did nothing for 3 days, we then went to the Curzon Cinema and later went to the Richmond Theatre (we enjoyed it so much, we went twice). We visited the remains of Richmond Palace and unfortunately had to go back to the Richmond Green Medical Centre. But we finished the week with a visit to the Odeon Richmond.
