Geocache Description:

This short urban multi will take you to three local landmarks where you will gather the co-ordinates for the final cache. The whole thing should not take more than 15-20 minutes. Please note that the numbers from the first two stages will be needed in order to find the third stage.

We enjoyed setting up our first multi and hope that you enjoy it too.

Films have been made at Ealing Studios since 1902. The studios gave their name to the Ealing Comedies; later on the BBC made parts of many famous programmes here, including Z-Cars, The Singing Detective, and many others. More recently, parts of Downton Abbey were shot here.

The multi begins at another institution just along the road.

Looking at the blue plaque on the right of the building, note when the Co-operative school was active here. The dates are ABCD-EFGH.

Your next stage is at N51 C (F-B). D F (E-A) W000 (H-F) F. C (F-B) G

There is an oval plaque to the right of the door on this building.

What is the number "stage" that this building was known as? This is I.

How many stages were there in the original Ealing Studios? This is J.

The next stage is at N51 (I-C) (G-J). J (I-D) (E-A) W000 (I-J) F. C (H-B+A) H

Look at the building. Again, there is a blue plaque on the right hand side of the building. The person commemorated worked here between KLMN-OPQR.

The cache is located at N51 M (Q-J). (M+O) N (M+Q) W000 K (P-O). (R-M) (N-R) L

Congratulations to "ChrisDen" for the FTF!
