Geocache Description:

**  DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION VISIBLE ON THE MAP  **

You must solve the puzzle for the container coordinates.

***CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES!**

You won't need to read any of the books in the Jacky Faber series to solve the puzzles in this cache series. A simple search will answer all the questions, which are related to many of the factual places and events the author, L.A. Meyer, used.

Slavery

Jacky solemnly explained to her friends that their conditions on the slave ship were luxurious compared to what previous, less lucrative “cargo” had been treated to.  The situations she described were truly documented in real-life and morbidly difficult to comprehend.  To keep this series light and fun, we will only use the legislation that attempted to bring about the end.

Puzzle:

What year did British parliament pass the Abolition of Slave Trade Act?  Add 3731 to that year to find the last four digits of the latitude.

U.S. passed The Act Prohibiting Importation of Slaves and it went into effect on January 1 of what year?  Add 7950 to that year, to find the last four digits of the longitude.
