Geocache Description:

NOTE - This cache is NOT at the coordinates listed.

The Straight Outta Sharpstown series will highlight locations where Lightstormz was born and raised.

Congratulations to TexasWriter on the FTF

Located at the starting point, Texas Pipeline Skate Park  opened in 1976, but closed a few years later. Left abandoned, we would skate there at night, since it was so crowded during the day.

I went there once, when it opened, and they took my picture for the membership card, but never went back to pick it up. Years later, a friend of a friend was digging thru the abandoned office and found my card!

Using the address from the current building, at the starting point, fill in the missing numbers:

8ABC Beverly Hill St.

N 29° 44.AAA W 095° 30.4BB

As you travel to the final coordinates, you will pass by an area known for the Stoney Brook Swing. Someone had tied a large rope around a tree limb above the bayou.

This cache qualifies for the Get Some Action - Challenge Cache GC53MG6
