Geocache Description:


Wacky Wirrabara Wonderland - Geocaching Dinner

Saturday June 11th 2016 at 6:00pm at The Institute Hall for 2 hours, finishing at 8:oopm

Wirrabra Institute Committee will be catering

On offer is a 3 course set menu:

ADULTS

Starter –

  • Pumpkin Soup

    Chicken Soup

Main – choice of

  • Roast Beef with Roast potato, carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower and Broccoli.

  • Roast Chicken with Roast potato, carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower and Broccoli

 

Dessert – choice of

  • Chocolate self saucing pudding with custard

  • Apple self saucing pudding with custard

 

The price for the above menu is $25 per head.

 

KIDS MENU your choice of: $15 ea

  • Nuggets and chips

  • or Small serve of either roast chicken or beef and veg

 

Kids Dessert:

  • Plain Ice cream with your choice of topping

If you have special dietary requirements you need to contact us asap. contact McKee Clan via email. We will pass on the details of the catering Crew and you can discuss your requirements, they are very accommodating. Must be done minnimum 14 days prior to event.

So that we can notify the venue in time for them to order the required supplies.

room is limited at the venue so anyone not logging your intentions to attend will have to find alternate arrangements once the number is reached... So please log early so you dont miss out.

As this is a catered event orders will close 28th May to allow caterers to order required food. after this time you may miss out, so log early >
