This is one of several caches in a series dedicated to children! We LOVE finding "treasures" with our kids and want to share the love with others. Each cache in this series will be named after one of our children's favorite characters. More importantly, every box (some larger than others) will be big enough to include/accept tradables!;
This cache is on the grounds of the the James F. Aitchison Memorial Park. This park is located behind the Lyon Township Municipal Center, which is located at 58000 Grand River Avenue in New Hudson.
Please note that the park is open daily from dawn until dusk.Please be advised that vehicles are not allowed to enter the park during winter and early spring, due to the roadways not being plowed and/or the ground being extremely soft. The park usually opens for vehicular traffic sometime around Easter.
If you're looking for extra fun with the kiddos, the park has a playground and several ball fields. As always, please follow all park rules and be respectful of the environment! :)
