Terug op (in) het nest….
Op 6 december 2012 zijn onze travelbugs een familie-race begonnen (met 8 personen: grandfather Walter, oma Riet, daughter Mieke, Son-in-law Leon, grandchild Kjeld, grandchild Jord, son Jaap en fiend-of-son Maaike).
In het eerste jaar was het doel om zo ver mogelijk te komen; dat jaar werd gewonnen door oma Riet (13.350 km).
Het tweede jaar ging het om het grootste aantal verplaatsingen; dat werd ruim gewonnen door Son-in-law Leon. Hij gaf de nieuwe opdracht voor de komende jaren: welke tb is als eerste terug op (in) het nest? Het nest is te vinden dichtbij onze woonplek, het is dus echt "thuiskomen".
Heeft u een van onze tb’s in handen? Probeer deze dan richting Haarlem (Nederland) te brengen. Uiteraard kan de cache ook “gewoon” gelogd worden.

On December 6, 2012 our travel bugs started a family race (for 8 persons: grandfather Walter, oma Riet, daughter Mieke, Son-in-law Leon, grandchild Kjeld, grandchild Jord, son Jaap en fiend-of-son Maaike).
The goal for the first year was to reach the highest number of kilometers; that year oma Riet won the race with 13.350 kilometers).
For the second part the goal was to reach the highest number of displacements: that race was easily won by Son-in-law Leon. He prepared the next part of the race: which travel bug is the first one to be back on (in) the nest? The nest is located nearby our home, it is a real "coming-home".
So, if you take one of our travel bugs from a cache, and you read the message: try to bring this one direction Haarlem (Netherlands). Of course you can also log this cache without bringing our tb’s….
