The cache is nothing special, just a hexagonal micro to pay tribute to what we think is one of the most fascinating homes in the area, the hexagonal house you see on the other side of the road. While the house itself isn't hexagonal, from what you can see it appears to have some very interesting architectual details; however, the really fascinating feature is the particular plan of the property (best observed from satellite imagery) and the nearly complete lack of access to the property. The tiny, rarely used trail is the only access point. Absolutely no use was observed for weeks or longer during the winter months when the snow cover would quickly record any tire tracks. Apparently, the owner values his privacy so please do not go any closer than this pullout on the opposite side of the road, and enjoy the view.
